Shipping & Charges
We arrange shipment of the products to you as soon as possible after receiving the order. Any order received after 6pm will be considered for next day processing due to the limited remaining hours during the end of the day.
Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the product's delivery.
Shipping Duration & Charges
Based on your order, we arrange delivery to you at the quickest possible time. Our Standard Delivery Time Schedule and Delivery Charges are as follows:
Delivery Timeline:
- Dhaka Metro City: Within 1 to 2 Days from order confirmation*
- Outside Dhaka City: Within 2-4 Days from order confirmation*
*Note on Order Confirmation Time: Any orders received after 6pm will be considered for processing the next day. This is because we need sufficient time to prepare the order, pick the products, generate bills, pack, and assign the order to a courier. After 6pm, there are limited hours to complete these tasks within the same day.
Delivery Charges:
- Dhaka: 70 Taka up to 1kg and 20 Taka for each additional kilogram.
- Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka up to 1kg and 30 Taka for each additional kilogram.
For excessive bulk products, the delivery charges will be determined by our Order Team and confirmed by you.
