Flexible Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS:
Return & Exchange the products with your freedom. You can return it within 7 days and we will solve the issue in 5 days (for outside Dhaka, it is 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can:
- Return instantly, at the time of delivery
- Return within 7 Days after receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hours)
- Return instantly for any wrong, not as described, defective, damaged product, size mismatch, quality inferiority, etc.
- Return instantly if you have changed your mind to receive the order entirely or part of the order by paying the delivery charge.
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, you have to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. And, the Return-Exchange is acceptable within 7 days provided the product is unused, and its packing is intact and in its original condition.
REFUNDS:
Your money is safe and secured with us. Refunds are issued when we cannot provide a replacement or if you want your money back, or if different products are delivered, or if you change your mind & cancel the order before it is shipped, or if you don’t want a replacement.
The refund will be processed after we have completed an evaluation of your return.
- Any Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective payment method. We will request a refund from the bank, which may take 7-10 working days. (Credit card payment returns may take longer depending on Commercial Banks.)
- If you pay us via bKash, you will get a refund via bKash in your desired account within 2 days.
- If an online payment is made twice due to a technical error or internet error, a payment refund will be made.
You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please write to us at support@dreamwinkel.com, and we shall investigate.
Refund process is easy:
- Provide us with Order ID and Reason in detail and e-mail: support@dreamwinkel.com
- We will confirm the Refund request and will inform you about the process.
SHIPPING:
- For all the cases, if Dream Winkel is liable for the fault causing the return or exchange, Dream Winkel will bear the Delivery Fee, Return Fee, or Refund processing fees.
- For all the cases where the customer is responsible for causing the return, if the customer changes their mind or wishes not to receive the products, the customer will have to bear the Delivery Fee, Exchange-Return Fees, or Refund Fees.
